Every quarter, the You FIRST program honors faculty and staff members from throughout the college for their exceptional work. The You FIRST program strives to create a positive work environment through the reward program and other events and activities.
Faculty and staff are encouraged to nominate their deserving colleagues for these awards. The nomination process is quick and easy and can be completed online.

Managing to the Mission (Staff Only)
This course is designed for staff members in supervisory or management roles. This two-day program covers leadership assessment, team building, communication skills, effective meeting presentations, delegation, best practices at BCM and an overview of key policies. Register online.
