Department: Department of Pediatrics – Oncology / Texas Children’s Cancer and Hematology Centers

How long have you been at BCM? I have been working for BCM for six great months.

What’s your favorite thing about working at BCM? My favorite aspect of being a part of the BCM family is knowing that the work being done here may one day improve the lives of future generations.

Where were you born? Houston

What is your favorite kind of food? My favorite kind of food is Asian cuisine, but Tex-Mex is a very close second.

What is your favorite restaurant in Houston, and at that restaurant your favorite dish? My favorite restaurant in Houston is Goode Co. Taqueria because their queso and beef fajitas are amazing!

What’s on your music playlist? My music playlist consists of anything from ’50s doo-wop to rock music.

What is your dream vacation? My dream vacation would be a road trip to Yellowstone National Park.

What is your favorite TV show? “The Big Bang Theory”

What are some of your personal hobbies? Some of my personal hobbies include playing golf, piano, cycling and weightlifting.

Any kids? Pets? I have one 11-year-old Maltese.

Favorite food on campus? My favorite food on campus is taco salad at the Women’s Pavilion.
