Have you gotten your annual flu shot? Well, then shout it from the rooftops, and remember to complete the online form to verify that you have complied with Baylor policy!

Remember, the annual influenza vaccine is required for all Baylor College of Medicine employees, students and trainees. The online verification form must be completed by Nov. 30. If you haven’t yet received your flu vaccine, stop by the Occupational Health Program clinic during clinic hours to get the shot. You may also get the flu vaccine at your doctor’s office or local clinic or pharmacy. Find more information on the flu and flu vaccine on the Flu Central website.
