Noise–induced hearing loss can be triggered by listening to loud music with your ear bud headphones. It’s not unusual for people to listen to music at a high volume for long periods of time. However, it is important to be mindful of the time and volume level spent with ear buds and to understand the long-term effects of hearing loss. If other people around you can hear what you are listening too, you are more than likely damaging your hearing.”
