Health Hint: Diabetes

Taking care of your health is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. Baylor College of Medicine experts have plenty of tips to help you stay healthy. This month’s Health Hint is focused type 2 diabetes.

Type 2 diabetes is a becoming a common disease in the U.S., yet one in four people are unaware they have it. The consequences of undiagnosed diabetes or not treating the disease are severe.
