Dr. Cynthia Peacock is a Med/Peds specialist, a physician trained to treat both adult and pediatric patients. From this perspective, Peacock recognized a need among patients with genetic and developmental conditions – as they moved into adulthood, they lacked healthcare providers who were experienced in treating these complex diseases typically associated with childhood.

Meet Baylor’s new ombuds: Laurel Hyle

Tucked away in a corner office on the second floor of the Alkek Building in room 205 is Baylor’s new ombuds, Laurel Hyle. It’s actually a perfect location, offering privacy – one of the foundations of the new office at the College – yet with an open-door policy.
