Q: How long have you been working at Baylor College of Medicine?
A: I have been at Baylor for three years this month
Q: Describe your role as a clinical nurse in the Department of Medicine.
A: As a nurse in (Section of) Immunology, Allergy, and Rheumatology, I coordinate patient care in relation to infusions, manage prior authorizations for biologics, support providers, and ensure smooth clinic operations to enhance patient outcomes and access to treatment
Q: What is the best thing about being a nurse at Baylor College of Medicine?
A: I continually grow both personally and professionally by working alongside supportive providers, and I consistently expand my clinical knowledge through ongoing experiences within the rheumatology clinic.
