Health Hint: Summer travel & COVID

Taking care of your health is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. Baylor College of Medicine experts have plenty of tips to help you stay healthy. This month’s Health Hint focuses on summer travel considerations during the pandemic.

There’s still risk involved in any kind of travel. Be sure to stay up to date on the number of COVID-19 cases and the travel restrictions locally and at your vacation destination. Any form of transportation, including planes, that puts you in close contact with a large number of strangers increases the risk of virus transmission.
