How long have you been at BCM? I have been at Baylor since January 2014.

What’s your favorite thing about working at BCM? My favorite thing about working at BCM is working with the BCM BeWell wellness champions and encouraging others to become more health conscious through fun activities.

Where were you born? I was born in New Orleans, La.

What is your favorite restaurant in Houston, and at that restaurant your favorite dish? My favorite restaurant in Houston is Dak & Bop, and I love the spicy garlic Korean fried wings!

What’s on your music playlist? One song that is on repeat on my music playlist is “Can I” by Alina Baraz & Galimatias. One of my favorite songs to do yoga to.

What is your dream vacation? I would love to take a summer vacation to Spain.

What is your favorite TV show? When I have a chance to sit and watch TV, I enjoy watching “How to Get Away with Murder” and “The Walking Dead.”

Complete this sentence: Most people wouldn’t know that I … am an aunt of 12 nieces and nephews! I only have one brother and one sister so you can imagine the madness at my house around the holidays. My nieces and nephews are my inspiration because they look up to me. They are my babies!

What are some of your personal hobbies? I love to host karaoke parties on the weekends with my friends because music is good for your health, and you can always count on a good laugh. I travel as often as I can, especially back home for a dose of beignets. I also love to do yoga and kick box.

Last book you read? “The Wait: A Powerful Practice for Finding the Love of Your Life and the Life You Love” by Meagan Good and DeVon Franklin

Last movie you saw? “X-Men: Apocalypse”

Any kids? Pets? I don’t have any kids or pets, but I did mention that I have 12 nieces and nephews.

Favorite food on campus? I love Thai food Tuesdays at the Landmark Café in the McGovern building.

Favorite BCM/Medical Center hangout? I love walking the hallways in the McGovern building!
