What’s your favorite thing about working at BCM? My co-workers and the fact that we celebrate each other’s successes and milestones

What do you want your Baylor colleagues in Houston to know about working at Children’s Hospital of San Antonio? We are proud to be a part of BCM and excited about the presence we are building in San Antonio.

Where were you born? San Antonio (Go Spurs Go!)

What is your favorite kind of food? Persian food and ice cream

What is your favorite restaurant in San Antonio, and at that restaurant your favorite dish? Kohinoor. I love the tawa fish. It’s so spicy and fresh every time!

What’s on your music playlist? Hillsong United, Jesus Culture, Dashboard Confessional, The Postal Service, Adele, Ed Sheeran, Louis Armstrong and so much more! I love music and it all depends on my mood.

What is your dream vacation? A backpacking trip across Europe

What is your favorite TV show? “Friends”

Complete this sentence: Most people wouldn’t know … that I was once absolutely painfully shy. I used to get so nervous in front of crowds and couldn’t give one public presentation. I’m quite the opposite now!

What are some of your personal hobbies? Reading, Zumba, traveling, cooking

Last book you read? “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child”

Last movie you saw? “Star Trek Beyond”

Any kids? Pets? No kids, but my husband and I found a cat a few years ago and named her Arya. She has a very similar personality to Arya Stark.

Favorite Children’s Hospital of San Antonio hangout? The 11th floor conference room. This is where we host most of our staff meetings, DocTalks and staff celebrations.
