It’s the holiday season, and that means lots of people will be consuming extra calories. But it’s not just from desserts and starchy side dishes – liquid calories can quickly add up. But you can still have that pumpkin spice latte or favorite holiday cocktail, just make smart choices. Choose non-fat milk, skip the whipped cream and pay attention to portion sizes on those coffee drinks. And as for cocktails, opt for a diet mixer or low-calorie tonic.”
