Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 2 15.5 oz cans of Great Northern Beans
- 14.5 oz chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- Optional: Tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sliced jalapeños, chopped green chiles

Directions
- In a large saucepan, sauté the chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink.
- Add beans, broth, chiles and seasonings.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream and heavy cream.
- If desired, top with tortilla chips, cheese and jalapeños.
