This February, the Office of Faculty Affairs and Faculty Development hosted the inaugural BCM-Temple Faculty Awards Ceremony, recognizing promoted faculty and honoring recipients of the Best Core Clerkship, Best Residency and Best Fellowship awards.
In honor of Valentine’s Day, BCM Family asked Dr. Paul Ling, professor of molecular virology and microbiology, and Kay Ling, business coordinator for the same department, to share what keeps their chemistry alive.
Baylor College of Medicine has hosted blood drives for Gulf Coast Blood since at least July 2000. Since then, 25,800 blood units have been donated on the College’s main campus, helping more than 7,500 patients.
In December, Baylor’s School of Health Professions celebrated students, faculty, preceptors and alumni during the 2025 Awards Ceremony – a spirited prelude to a weekend of commencement activities.
