Lorrie Hill, now a third-year student in the Physician Assistant Program, will soon work at Texas Children’s Hospital, after being a pediatric cardiology patient at the hospital since birth.
More than 400 students started their educational journeys in Baylor College of Medicine programs this summer in areas spanning medicine, health professions and biomedical sciences.
In an effort to serve and learn, physician assistant student Grace McCraw traveled more than 1,800 miles away from Houston to Tegucigalpa, Honduras, with Global Health Outreach.
More than 250 students graduated from Baylor’s School of Medicine, Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and School of Health Professions’ Genetic Counseling Program at Smart Financial Centre in Sugar Land on May 27.
