Starbucks Copycat Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ⅔ cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • 2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, cream sugars, butter and eggs.
  • Add flour, pumpkin, water, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and cloves.
  • Mix thoroughly; fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour into two greased regular-sized bread pans.
  • Baked at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 minutes or until bread is done.
