Sausage Biscuit and Gravy Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 oz silk tofu
  • 8 oz beef bone broth
  • 1 tbsp dried sage, 2-3 fresh sage leaves
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp steak seasoning (like TexJoy)
  • Hot sauce and black pepper to garnish

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Pour smooth ingredients into a microwave-safe bowl and heat until warm.
  • Garnish with sage, hot sauce and black pepper as desired.
