Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix (butter or white)
  • 1 can (12 oz) solid packed pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 7 tbsp butter, slightly softened
  • 1-8 oz. tub mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Grease 9-x-13 pan and pour mixture into pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes/
  • Cool 5 minutes, and enjoy!
