Baylor College of Medicine’s Orthotics and Prosthetics Program participated in National STEM Day Nov. 7 by visiting Stafford STEM Magnet Middle School for a half-day of science curriculum based around the use and development of orthotics and prosthetics.
The annual awards ceremony for the School of Health Professions was held Dec. 3 in Cullen Auditorium.
November was a month of giving back for Baylor College of Medicine employees who volunteered for a myriad of organizations, including U.S. Vets, Project C.U.R.E. and the Hermann Park Conservancy.
There are multiple initiatives at Baylor College of Medicine aimed at helping employees, faculty trainees and students lead healthier lives, and many fall under the umbrella of BCM Well-Being, Baylor’s centralized internal function for primary well-being initiatives.
