
Baked Good
Ingredients
- Sieve 3 times
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup chickpea flour
- ¾ cup white or brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cardamom powder, to taste
- ½ cup of liquid ghee (clarified butter)
- Add ¼ cup slowly
- You may not need to use all of the ½ cup.

The recipe is from North India.
Directions
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- After sieving, add the cardamom powder, mix well. Then slowly add the liquid (melted) ghee and make a dough.
- Make small balls, flatten them and arrange on baking tray.
- Keep the baking tray in the preheated oven in the middle rack for 10 minutes. Switch off the oven and keep the tray inside for 2 more minutes.
- Take it out, and let it cool completely on the tray before storing them in a box.
- They will crumble if not cooled completely.
