Green Chili Cheese Bake

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 10 ounces low-fat cottage cheese
  • 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 ounces mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 4 ounces chopped green chilies, canned

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Pour into 8-inch square cake pan and bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut into squares for serving.
