Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 ounces low-fat cottage cheese
- 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 ounces mild cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 4 ounces chopped green chilies, canned

Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Pour into 8-inch square cake pan and bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut into squares for serving.
