Ingredients
- 12-oz package of fresh cranberries
- 1 ½ cups white sugar
- ¾ cup fresh orange juice
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger

Directions
- Rinse cranberries.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook 12 minutes or until cranberries pop.
- Remove from heat and cool completely.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Makes about 3 cups
