Side dish

Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (15-ounce) can whole-kernel corn, undrained
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup cornbread mix
- 1/2 stick butter

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
- Melt butter in bottom of a 9- or 10-inch deep-dish pie plate or a casserole dish to grease dish.
- In a large bowl, combine creamed corn, whole corn, sugar, eggs, cornbread mix and melted butter. Mix well.
- Pour batter into dish.
- Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in center of casserole comes out clean.
- Recipe can easily be doubled.
