Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • A little milk
  • A little salt (probably ¼ tsp per one cup flour)

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients with a fork (or hands).
  • Put a little flour on a board and roll dough to desired thickness.
  • Cut any way you want – long strips, squares, rectangles
  • Add to boiling water or stock, or whatever meat you’re cooking
  • Cook uncovered for about 15 minutes or until flaky inside
  • To make your gravy thicker, add flour-water mixture or cornstarch-water mixture.
