- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- A little milk
- A little salt (probably ¼ tsp per one cup flour)

Directions
- Mix all ingredients with a fork (or hands).
- Put a little flour on a board and roll dough to desired thickness.
- Cut any way you want – long strips, squares, rectangles
- Add to boiling water or stock, or whatever meat you’re cooking
- Cook uncovered for about 15 minutes or until flaky inside
- To make your gravy thicker, add flour-water mixture or cornstarch-water mixture.
