Bubba’s Chopped Liver

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. steer or chicken liver
  • 4 medium onions
  • 4 large eggs, hardboiled
  • Mayonnaise to taste

Directions

  • Sear the liver over high heat, then lower heat and cook through
  • Cool liver and cube
  • Grind with onion and egg
  • Add mayonnaise to taste
  • Serve with crackers or rye bread
