Ingredients
- 2 lbs. steer or chicken liver
- 4 medium onions
- 4 large eggs, hardboiled
- Mayonnaise to taste

Directions
- Sear the liver over high heat, then lower heat and cook through
- Cool liver and cube
- Grind with onion and egg
- Add mayonnaise to taste
- Serve with crackers or rye bread
