BCM Family Holiday Cookbook 2024

This year is the Battle of the Baked Goods!

BCM Family is celebrating the holidays by sharing 14 new recipes submitted by members of the Baylor College of Medicine community, including Nankattai, a butter biscuit from north India, the World’s Easiest No-Knead Bread with a Vibrant Beet and Walnut Dip and Mrs. Durbin’s Brown Raisin Bread.

This cookbook displays who makes Baylor College of Medicine a great place: the people. Take your time to peruse the recipes, and add a few to your personal cookbook. Still want to submit a recipe? Email Julie Garcia at julie.garcia@bcm.edu.

Happy holidays from BCM Family!
